Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock, pricing, or fraud concerns) and will notify you. You confirm that details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Pricing & products
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change for future orders. Handmade pieces can show slight natural variation from imagery. We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

Shipping & title
Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes possession. Title passes upon full payment. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees.

Returns
Returns follow the rules on our Shipping & Delivery page. Custom or engraved pieces are generally final sale unless defective.

Intellectual property
All site content, imagery, and trademarks belong to Orovia or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orovia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or purchases beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.
